    Please Note:
    All Grand Bahama condos available for vacation rentals are fully furnished with color T.V., Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, linens and towels. All Freeport Bahamas vacation rentals have a laundry available either inside the unit or on the grounds, for your convenience. All Grand Bahama vacation rentals offer a fresh water pool at all bldgs. A deposit of 50% is required to book the vacation condo in advance and the balance is due upon arrival. Rental deposits are non refundable. Additonal 20% surcharge for bookings over Christmas and New Year holidays. We do not supply daily maid service. The maid fee is to ensure that the unit is clean upon your arrival and after your departure. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Failure to check out by 11:00 a.m. will result in a charge of one half a days rent. Any check in after 9:00 p.m. must pay a late check in fee of $25.00. Any check in after 12:00 a.m. must pay a late check in fee of $50.00.
