Unit can accommodate 10 persons add $15 per person, per night for the 7th to 10th persons. Weekly rate for 6 persons or less $1,4250.00, monthly for 6 persons or less $5,000.00 (inquire for additional person rates), maid fee of $150.00 per stay and refundable $300.00 security deposit.

US telephone line/number with incoming calls at $.05 minute and calls to US at $.15 per minute and Canada at $.25 per minute; $10 installation fee for line, $100 security deposit refunded after payment for calls/install made. Call rates to all other countries quoted upon request but are also discounted rates.
